For 来ればいいですか, if we will translate each words, it will have a different meaning. But the literal translation of 来ればいいですか is ‘Should I come?’

あえます (会えます) and あいます (会います) are from the same verb あう (会う) meaning to ‘meet’. おあいしましょう (お会いしましょう) is the polite way of saying ‘Let’s meet’.

I spelled the romaji ofミーティング to Mi-thingu. This spelling is use for typing using the keyboard.  ティ is read as ‘ti’ but if you type ティ in keyboard, will appear. That’s why, I write it as ‘thi’.
